Jennifer A. Bingham
JENNIFER A. BINGHAM focuses her practice on family law, concentrating in divorce and child custody matters. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and New England School of Law, Ms. Bingham has been named a Rising Star by Massachusetts Super Lawyers magazine in 2005, 2006, and 2007. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association, and formerly served as the Chair of the Legislation Committee for the Family Law Section of BBA .
She regularly appears before the Probate and Family Courts of Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth and Worcester Counties. She has lectured and authored materials in the area of family law for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Boston Bar Association. Ms. Bingham was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1997. Before entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Justices of the Probate and Family Court where she focused on family and probate law.
