Our firm has extensive experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters in state and federal court, as both as plaintiff’s and defense counsel. Personal injury and complex commercial litigation involving real estate constitute a significant part of our practice.

In the area of personal injury, we have obtained compensation for many clients injured in motor vehicle, slip and fall, dog bite, and other accidents. We have also successfully litigated matters relating to insurance coverage, business and employment disputes, and claims under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 93A).

In addition, we advise clients in resolving litigation concerning breaches of agreements concerning real estate, foreclosures, commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, and disputes between property owners and contractors. We also represents clients in disputes with or before governmental entities related to real estate, such as zoning matters, and appeals of special permits and variances

Always keeping in mind the economic aspect of a dispute, and working with clients so that they can make practical and informed decisions, we regularly assist clients in resolving claims and disputes through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
