Municipal Law

Municipal Law, including land use regulation, has been a cornerstone of Mr. Robinson’s practice for the past 3 decades during which time he has served, and stills serves, as Town Counsel for the Town of Wellesley. Mr. Goodhue also concentrates in this area. Both have served other communities as special counsel on discreet issues, such as advising on zoning and other regulatory matters, and on affordable housing issues.

Other areas of specialization in which we consult include school law and special education, contract and procurement and affordable housing development. We have experience in litigating these issues in administrative and judicial forums.
